The President’s Hotline is a confidential, dedicated telephone line to receive commendations, suggestions, concerns, complaints and grievances from Crossroad clients, client families, client advocates, Crossroad staff, placing agencies, stakeholders, moral owners and the general public. The purpose of the President’s Hotline is for Crossroad to enhance our services by making quick responses to these calls that are brought directly to the attention of the President & CEO.
