We understand deadlines and will do our best to get back to you immediately. Contact our Communications Director at 260.484.4153, ext. 2003, to be put in contact with the appropriate Crossroad source.
Please get in touch with us when you need to speak to professionals who treat troubled children and families.
Please know that we cannot legally comment on residents, families, or specific incidents in most cases. Many guidelines govern confidentiality for our residents. For example, nearly everyone residing at Crossroad is legally a minor, and we cannot release the names of minors without their parents’ or guardians’ consent. Most of our residents are wards of the state or county government, so even if their parents tell you their child is here, those parents may not be the minors’ legal guardians. All our clients undergo therapy, so we must practice therapist/patient confidentiality. We will not discuss a particular client like any mental health facility or hospital.
