Crossroad Outpatient Counseling Services

Crossroad offers outpatient counseling services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families out of our Fort Wayne campus at 1825 Beacon Street. Please contact our Intake Specialist at 260.484.4153, ext. 2060, or by email to set an initial appointment.

Outpatient Counseling focuses on providing treatment tailored to the client and family's needs and strengths. Our licensed clinicians are experienced in providing therapy for people struggling with the emotional issues of life. Crossroad’s outpatient treatment programs use conventional forms of behavior management and psychotherapy, supplemented, as appropriate, by the use of psychotropic medication.

Clients seek help for various challenges, including but not limited to life transitions, parent-child relationships, school difficulties, ADD/ADHD, depression, anxiety, parenting support, couple conflicts, blended family issues, eating issues, self-harming behaviors, and grief & loss.

Counseling services are available for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. The goal of treatment is to increase the successful functioning of clients at home, in school, and in the community. Clients learn to manage problems to enhance their quality of life, improve relationships, manage stress, and expand social networks.

Crossroad accepts self-payment, Medicaid, and payment from many private insurance companies for counseling services. When funding is not available, Crossroad will assist by recommending alternative treatment resources. Clients may be self-referred or referred by parents, schools, clergy, the courts, or other community agencies.
